Helyn attends opening of first phase of Mattesley Court
Helyn joined leading Walsall councillors at the opening of the first phase of the re-provision of older people’s housing at Mattesley Court in Mossley in Walsall.
Working in a partnership with the local housing provider Housing 21 and Willmot Dixon, the Conservative controlled Walsall Council’s approach to making sure that elderly people are well looked after in homes that they more than deserve are delivered in the borough.
Elderly residents of the new home told Helyn that it was like being on holiday every day and the food was marvellous. Residents have their own rooms and bathrooms but can share the comfortable common areas with their friends and relatives.
